The Advancement Alliance Mentorship Program matches advancement professionals new to this field with experienced professionals who can help network with other colleagues, provide career guidance, and give other advice as needed.

Program guidelines:

         To be a mentor:
              • Advancement Alliance Membership
              • 5 or more years in Development / Advancement, and
              • 3 or more years in your area of expertise

         To request a mentor:
              • Advancement Alliance Membership
              • Less than five years experience in Development / Advancement, or
              • Less than 3 years experience in a particular area of expertise
